The importance of losing and maintaing weight is eating the right foods at the right time not cutting out food altogether.
For weight loss i reccommend 2 shakes a day eg Breakfast & lunch or Breakfast & dinner. We are brought up eating too many carbs which slow us down, make us feel sluggish, lead to a poor digestive system, constipation, no energy, tiredness and the need to nap during the day.
The Herbalife thermogetic tea is amazing as it burns on average 80 calories a cup, it's amazing for energy and I take it every morning with my shake, about 1/2 a teaspoon in hot water. I take about 3-4 cups a day - it can be taken cold too in a water bottle and I sometimes add a teaspoon to my shake. (Tea flavours: original/lemon/peach/raspberry)

the minuim i advise for weight loss from the products is the tub of shake, the thermogenisis tea, if you have bad digestion then i advise to take the fibre and herb tablets with this plan, and if you have a bad immune sytem add in the multi vitamen.
